The Saturday morning meeting is one of the high points of the annual gathering in North America. Our organization, Friends of Woodstock/WOSA North America, holds its annual meeting. Members have the opportunity to hear what the Board and Alumni Council are doing, who our representatives are on each body, vote for alumni members of the Board, and confirm appointments to the Alumni Council. All members of the Board and Alumni Council can accept your suggestions for potential members, but we do not have nominations from the floor at the annual meeting. Outgoing Board President Glenn Conrad and outgoing Alumni Council President Anne Lind will chair the meeting.

Following the business meeting, Woodstock School will give its presentation, with an opportunity for questions from the audience. This year we are very pleased to have with us Eleanor Nicholson, former Principal and current President of the Woodstock School Board (letter from her about the new Board); Abhra Bhattacharjee, Director of Development; Marcus Shaw, Alumni Coordinator; and Pete Wildman, Communications and Marketing Manager. Dr. Jonathan Long, current Principal, is unable to attend, as the dates conflict with the welcoming of staff to the new school year at Woodstock.
